Instructor Training

In addition to their Karate Black Belt awards (see instuctor profiles) the principal instructors have completed the A.M.A. Coaching Programme and are D.B.S. checked.
Furthermore the principal instructors have all received the Sports Coach UK
training in Safeguarding and Protecting Children and are trained in First Aid.
Our Child Protection Policy may be viewed here: AMA-Child-Protection-Policy.pdf (PDF document, 242KB)

All students are insured under a club policy through The A.M.A.

We are a non-profit making club and try to keep charges for training to a minimum. We teach because we have a passion for martial arts so the charges made purely cover hall rental, insurances and administration costs.
